A trusted educator helping students grow through thoughtful methods and evolving systems!

Medical classrooms welcome learners who arrive with curiosity, courage, and a rising sense of responsibility. The healthcare sector moves quickly, and young minds feel the pressure to understand more, grow faster, and serve better. Education in this field needs patience and awareness. It calls for teachers who can hold the center as science, skill, and technology keep shifting. This is where Professor Rajul Rastogi has placed his purpose within Teerthanker Mahaveer Medical College and Research Center.

His decision to enter this sector began with a belief that teaching is a way to become part of another person’s journey. Guiding someone toward skill can help them earn, contribute, and grow into a stronger human being. He felt that this work may be challenging, yet deeply fulfilling.

That belief grew into his foundation.

Early Encounters With Technology That Sparked Lifelong Interest

Professor Rastogi’s draw toward the blend of education and technology came from his own experience. Technology keeps expanding through every science domain, and each advancement asks teachers to evolve.

Educators must unlearn the old, learn the new, and share that knowledge with younger learners who absorb information quickly. This creates extra time pressure and stress, yet he accepted these shifts with determination, knowing that he must keep his learning curve sharper than before.

His fascination with computers began in childhood. Machines that could accomplish tasks faster than humans, or tasks that humans could never perform, caught his imagination.

During his MBBS internship in 1999, he pursued a Diploma in Computer Applications on scholarship and secured ninth rank in Rajasthan while preparing for his Pre PG Entrance exam. This training later became a turning point.

When he entered MD Radiodiagnosis, computer-based imaging machines surrounded him. His background helped him understand systems that many struggled with. Even small contributions carried an impact. His printed transparency sheets for overhead projectors looked clean and straight at a time when many handwritten sheets lacked clarity. This simple act earned appreciation and strengthened his confidence. Over time, his knowledge of computer technology made handling radiology equipment easier and enriched both his learning and teaching.

The Mindset That Fuels Innovation in a Modern Classroom

To Professor Rastogi, an innovator in education is someone who accepts new tools and then guides others through them. Many medical professionals feel unsure when inserting high-resolution images or videos into presentations. Some face difficulty with advanced medical software. He believes a true innovator steps in, learns these tools, and teaches them to younger learners so that everyone moves upward together.

In his view, innovation is a mindset of willingness and mentorship, rather than a special label.

Moments That Revealed His Influence

There are moments that stay with a teacher forever. One such moment for him came when his mentor placed an arm across his shoulder and said he felt proud of him. That gesture opened a quiet realization that his work carried influence.

Another moment came when students told him they wished to become teachers like him. These words showed him the emotional reach of his role. They revealed how deeply his approach was affecting minds that looked up to him for guidance.

Keeping Humanity at the Core of Tech-Driven Education

Professor Rastogi believes that the human element stays central in teaching. Digital tools offer speed and accuracy. They take over tasks that drain attention and leave space for deeper conceptual engagement.

Yet, the final decision in any learning process, he says, must rest with humans. He trusts a model of automation guided by human judgment, a balance that keeps education steady and thoughtful.

Lessons From Setbacks That Encouraged Leadership

He does not look at setbacks as failures. He sees them as limitations that appear in every learning journey. A major limitation is the hesitation among colleagues who feel uneasy about new methods. Some avoid extra effort. Some sense of competition. Some feel threatened by change.
He learned that when positive change begins, one often walks alone. Over time, others join when they see value in the movement. This understanding strengthened his leadership within the EdTech space.

Ethical Clarity in Technology-Driven Learning

Ethics matter deeply to him. He feels no emotional hurdle during the design of educational technology because his goal centers on the learner. His concern lies in the ethical handling of information. For example, during classroom polls, learner names should remain hidden. Public mistakes can lead to embarrassment, which affects confidence. In his view, ethical decisions protect dignity and strengthen learning.

Staying Close to the Classroom While Driving Innovation

He continues to stay connected with real classroom environments because feedback from learners guides many of his decisions.
He always asks if a tool helps them, if they feel comfortable with it, and if it truly benefits their understanding. He believes that teaching technology works best when it is personalized for the group of learners, not forced upon them without sensitivity.

Technology as a Bridge Toward Educational Equity

He sees technology as a major force for fairness in learning. Younger learners welcome it easily, as they grow up with digital surroundings. Technology allows knowledge to travel to distant locations.

It lets learners attend sessions they could never reach physically. Skills can be demonstrated online, and learning can extend across distances without barriers. This makes education more accessible to all.

His Definition of Innovation for Today’s Education Sector

To him, innovation is any fresh approach that makes understanding easier and more enjoyable. It removes boredom and encourages active skill learning. It also pushes learners toward research and discovery.

He believes that research and development form the backbone of national growth. Any tool that motivates learners to discover something new fits within his idea of innovation.

The Inner Source That Keeps Him Moving Forward

Gratitude fuels his persistence. He feels supported by society, mentors, family, students, and well-wishers.
This support gives him strength during uncertain times. His faith in Ishwar guides him. With this foundation, he continues moving ahead with patience and steady purpose.

The Future That He Hopes to Build

Professor Rastogi looks toward a decade where a strong team of educators at Teerthanker Mahaveer Medical College uses modern technology with skill and empathy.

He wants this team to guide upcoming medical learners toward excellence in Indian healthcare. His hope is to help create a future where learners carry both advanced knowledge and ethical strength.

He envisions an environment where educators inspire, learners progress, and technology helps every classroom gain clarity and reach.

A Steady Path Toward Enriched Learning

Professor Rajul Rastogi moves through science, teaching, and technology with calm dedication. His journey carries childhood curiosity, disciplined learning, emotional strength, and sincere effort.
